So I like to pretend I know sign language. I took one semester in college, and attended a sign language group for a few months, but that is the extent of my knowledge. I had kind of forgotten about it until I was about to have Phoebe, and the baby websites had articles about how babies can sign before they can talk, and that you should start signing to them right away. So I did this half-heartedly. I would sign the words for more and please when I said them (those are the easiest), but she never responded to it. Well today, I was giving Phoebe little bits of pizza crust and saying "Do you want more?" and she did the sign! So this proves that not only is she adorable but she is brilliant as well!!! Then, of course, I made her sign it 87 million more times because it's the cutest thing I've ever seen. Karl was able to capture it on camera so I could share it with you. Enjoy!!! You'll never be the same... ( by the way, to make the sign for more you make your hands into lobster claws and then touch them together. I hope you can pick it out)
